FLOFORM™ is used as an organic binder for pelletization, producing strong, clean pellets suitable for blast furnace and direct reduction routes.

In the new paradigm of green steel, FLOFORM is very useful for producing cold bonded agglomerates (briquettes and pellets), thereby contributing to a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions. Indeed, the use of FLOFORM makes it possible to skip the sintering stage in the production of pellets or sinter.

It is also applied in recycling and biocarbon agglomeration, enabling the recovery of fines and residues into high-value feedstock with reduced environmental impact.

In sintering, FLOFORM™ improves granulation and bed permeability, supporting productivity gains and reduced reliance on mineral additives.
